Hi Guys

Here is a card that I made last week and have been waiting to put it on my blog.  I used green tones on this as it is not a colour that I would usually use.

I have used the Big Deal Alphabet stamp set and the scallop circle punch as well as using the spiral punch for the detail on my matting.  As you will begin to notice on my cards, I have to ink around the edges of both my card stock and paper.

I hope you like this card and any comments are welcome.

As promised a crafty post (a day late, sorry).  This one was made for the Mojomonday challenge.

I have used all brown tones for this card

I have used

Very Vanilla for card base
paper from the spiced cider designer series paper
Chocolate Chip card stock
Close to Cocoa card stock
Caramel Gingham ribbon
Garden Whimsy Stamp set
Chocolate Chip ink pad
Signo White Gel Pen

I cut two pieces of designer paper and inked around the edges with Chocolate chip ink using a dauber.  I stuck these on with snail adhesive.

I then cut a piece of Chocolate chip and a piece of Close to Cocoa slightly smaller.   I punched the edge of the Close to Cocoa with the Scallop Edge punch.

I have doodled around the edge of the Close to Cocoa card and then put the gingham ribbon across the card, and stuck it on to the Chocolate Chip card.  I have also used the ladybird from the Garden Whimsy stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink on the Close to Cocoa card.

I stamped the butterfly in Chocolate Chip ink on Very Vanilla card stock and cut out.  I then placed this on the card with dimensionals to make it stand of  the card.

Woo hoo a crafty post

Here is my first crafty post.  These are the thank you cards I sent out to my customers to mark the start off the new year.

I have used Chocolate Chip for the base card with Close to Cocoa for the matting layer. 1/4" white grosgrain ribbon of which I have coloured some with Chocolate Chip ink.  I have stamped thanks from the 'Daily Flexible Phrases' on one of the strips of ribbon.  The main stamp set I have used is from one of the Sale-a-Bration stamp sets called 'Polka Dot Punches' (which you can order if you spend £45 or more in the catalogue until the 28th February, email me at emmdaye@ntlworld.com to place an order if you want to become one of the proud owners of this stamp set) I have stamped them with Chocolate Chip Ink.

Hope you like this card and I promise more will come.
