Lots of Lovely Black

Hi Guys

This week on Tuesday Taggers we have been challenged by Lyn to use lots of lovely black.  As it is also Two Step Stampin' this month with Stampin' Up! I thought I would showcase one set a week and see what you can do with it.

This time it is the turn of Bird On A Branch, which lends itself beautifully to the theme.

As you can see I have used the Bridegroom Speciality Paper matted onto a cardblank made from Very Vanilla.  I have used Very Vanilla to stamp the branch, bird and dots.  I have edged around the edge with a dauber and finally I have added a plate at the bottom of the card with 'Thinking of you'.  To make the corners of this plate I have used the 1/4" circle punch and put it in at an angle and punched.  I have used two ribbons on this card, I have used whisper white satin ribbon and tied a knot, before pulling tight I put a piece of Wide Striped grosgrain into the knot and then pulled tight.  I trimmed the ribbon and hey presto.

So there you go why not hop over to Tuesday Taggers and see what the other lovelies on the team have produced for your delight.

I hope you like and until next time

Happy Crafting
